Raspberry Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    butter flavor crackers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (12 oz.) jar seedless red raspberry jam
Preparation
    Combine cheese, pecans and onions.
    Add mayonnaise; mix well. Place in a 4-cup mold; refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Unmold onto a lettuce lined serving platter.
    Pour raspberry jam over mold, or press an indention in center of mold and fill to overflowing with jam.
    Serve with crackers.
