Chinese Roast Pork(Bok Choy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Chinese roast pork, sliced
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    10 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 tsp. red food color
    fried rice
Preparation
    Roast a 2 pound fresh pork butt at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Baste with a mixture of 2 tablespoons each of honey, soy sauce, sherry, and the garlic and red food coloring.
