Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Place mixture in a glass ring mold or 2-quart microwave-proof casserole.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top of meat.
    Cook in microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
