Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp (tails off, no shells), deveined and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter and mix in onions, peppers, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
    Let simmer 5 minutes and add rest of ingredients and bring to boil, about 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes longer.
    Serve plain or on rice.
