Chicken Or Turkey Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer or turkey, boiled and deboned
    2 pkg. white corn meal
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. Pepperidge crumbs
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, boiled and chopped
Preparation
    Boil fryer
    or
    turkey and debone.
    Reserve 2 quarts of broth. Mix
    white
    corn
    meal
    as
    directed.
    Add
    onions and celery. Bake
    this
    as
    directed
    on corn bread mix.
    Crumble cornbread and
    combine
    with
    Pepperidge Farm crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt
    and pepper.
    Stir in chopped eggs.
    Spoon 1/2 into 2-quart baking
    dish.
    Layer with chicken or turkey then the rest of the dressing mix.
    Cover top with cream of chicken soup and add a little water.
    Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Reserved broth may be used for homemade soup.
