Tomato-Curry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 chicken breasts
    1/2 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. curry
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
    Brown in butter.
    Transfer to 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Add onion, pepper, garlic, curry and thyme.
    Cook over medium heat for 9 minutes. Add tomatoes; bring to a boil.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
