Garlic Butter Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large unpeeled potatoes
    1 stick butter
    pepper and salt to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 milk
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cube into pieces about 1 inch.
    Do not peel. Put into a covered casserole dish.
    Drop in 1 stick butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Pour in milk.
    Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Do not lift lid.
    The steam helps cook.
    Take out of oven and let sit for 30 minutes.
    Ready to serve.
