Mincemeat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (box) dry mincemeat
2 c. water
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In large pot, cook first 4 ingredients; cool.
Into same pot, add flour and baking soda.
Bake in 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured) at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
