Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh tomatoes
    3 peppers
    1/2 large onion
    8 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Skin tomatoes, core and remove as many seeds as possible. Process in food processor until almost puree.
    Pour into nonmetallic bowl; add vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin.
    Chop onion, mince garlic and add to bowl.
    Clean peppers, mince in processor.
    Add to bowl.
