Cream Filled Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    6 oz. pkg. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour into paper-lined muffin tins, about 2/3 full.
    Cream the sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then add the egg and mix well.
    Add the chocolate chips.
    Drop 1 teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each cupcake. Bake cupcakes according to package directions.
    When finished baking, the filling will be in the middle of each cupcake.
    Frost with your favorite frosting.
    These make great birthday treats for your kids to take to school.
    Makes about 24-30 cupcakes.
