Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix beaten eggs, oil and sugar together.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Add to egg mixture.
Add apples, nuts, raisins and vanilla.
Blend well by hand.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
