Cowboy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans whole green chilies, seeded
    28 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Lightly grease the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer ingredients in following order in bottom of pan:
    1/2 of the chilies, 1/2 of the grated cheese, remaining chilies, remaining cheese. Beat eggs, flour and milk together.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese and chilies. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Allow quiche to set for 20 minutes before serving.
