Cherry Upside-Down Cake(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1 (16 oz.) can black cherries
    1 c. honey
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. applesauce
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    cherry sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan well. Drain juice from black cherries and reserve it.
    Place drained cherries and pecans in the pan.
    In a medium sized mixing bowl, cream together the applesauce and honey.
    Add eggs and milk and beat again.
