New England Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. water
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped (about 4 medium apples)
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl beat together the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Blend together flour, cinnamon and salt.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture, blending well.
Dissolve baking soda in water.
Add to batter, combine well.
Add nuts and apples.
Combine well.
Batter will be very thick.
Spoon batter into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan.
Dust with powdered sugar when completely cool.
Garnish with apple wedges.
