Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 large juicy lemon
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream melted butter with sugar mixed with flour.
Grate rind of lemon and add to butter and sugar.
Squeeze and add juice.
Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add milk.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
