Cheese And Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper in a saucepan with 2 cups of water.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Do not drain.
