Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Steam squash and onion.
    Add milk, egg and seasonings.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
