Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens regular pan sausage
    1 pkg. pork Shake 'n Bake
    12 to 18 jalapenos
    12 oz. Colby Jack cheese
    1 egg
    Bisquick
Preparation
    Using rubber gloves, cut tops off peppers. Core center and rinse. Stuff each pepper with cheese. Mix egg, sausage and enough Bisquick to make a dough. Wrap sausage mixture around peppers. Roll in Shake 'n Bake and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
