Raspberry Jello Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. raspberries, thawed and drained, reserve juice
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    2 1/2 c. raspberry juice and water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
Preparation
    Bring juice mixture to a boil and add gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add ice cream by spoonfuls to the hot gelatin.
    Stir until melted.
    Chill until almost thickened.
    Fold in drained berries.
    Chill until firm.
