Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chunky pineapple, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour together.
    Put in 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle Ritz crackers over mixture and drizzle margarine over it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
