Angel Food Cake(This Cake Is Heavenly.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. egg whites
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

In a bowl, add salt to egg whites and beat until foamy.
Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
Fold in sugar, then fold in flour and flavoring.
Pour into an ungreased tube pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
