Dulce De Leche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. whole milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 lemon
Preparation

Pour milk into saucepan.
Add several drops of lemon juice. Cook over low heat until curdling occurs.
Add cinnamon and vanilla.
Continue to cook over low heat.
(Milk will continue to curdle and get thicker.)
Add sugar.
Continue to simmer until mixture is moist, but not soupy.
Cooking time:
Approximately 3 to 4 hours.
