Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. round steak
    1 green pepper
    1/2 can tomato soup
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 ripe tomatoes
    3/4 c. rice
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, garlic and oil together.
    Pour over cut up steak in heavy skillet.
    Let stand at least 1 hour.
    Brown meat, pepper, onion and celery; season to taste.
    Cover, cook on low 20 minutes; stir until thickened.
    Add soup, water and cut up tomatoes.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes on low.
    Serve over boiled rice.
