Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. uncooked rice
6 green peppers
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation

Add rice, seasonings and 1/4 cup tomatoes to hamburger.
Stuff green peppers loosely and place in covered dish, pouring remaining 1 cup tomatoes over, cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
May add a little water, if necessary.
