Tender Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    water
Preparation
    Brown and season round steak, then put in casserole dish with 1 cup water.
    Cover tightly and bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 until meat is tender to cut with a fork.
    (The water also makes the gravy.)
