Cheesy Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. soft margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift salt, flour, corn meal and baking powder together. Combine with remaining ingredients and blend well.
Bake in greased 8 x 11-inch loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; insert cornbread and reduce temperature to 300\u00b0.
Bake 1 hour.
