Chicken Rose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. Rose wine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut chicken
    breasts in half and remove skin.
    Trim all visible
    fat.
    Place
    chicken in 1 1/2 quart casserole sprayed with
    Pam.\tCombine remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.\tServe over rice with juices.
