Jalapeno Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 to 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    4 extra-large eggs
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together and pour into lightly greased 9 x 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool slightly and cut into cubes.
