Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Mix oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Pour into well-greased round cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
