Sweetheart Fantasy Fudge(Makes 3 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Parkay margarine
    2/3 c. (5 1/3 fluid oz. can) evaporated milk
    12 oz. white chocolate
    1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 238\u00b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted.
    Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Garnish with maraschino cherries.
    Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
