Pepper Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    2 green peppers
    2 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar or more to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, peppers, carrots and celery very fine. Put in bowl and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
    Let set in refrigerator for several hours.
    Goes good with meats.
