Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen diced hash browns, thawed
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 c. grated cheese (Colby, American or Cheddar)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    2 c. milk
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients but hash browns and potato chips. Blend together until smooth. Fold in thawed potatoes.
    Pour into greased baking dish (either 3-quart or 10 x 13-inch glass pan). Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until slightly browned and bubbly.
