Super Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 1/4 oz. can mushrooms
    28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 chicken or onion bouillon cube
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine.
    Add tomatoes, bouillon cube and water; simmer.
    Just before serving, top hot soup with Mozzarella cheese.
