Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cocoa
2 bottles red food coloring
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream sugar and Wesson oil.
Add eggs and beat well.
Sift together flour, salt and soda. Mix cocoa and food coloring.
Add vinegar.
