Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1/2 lb. diced cheese
    1/2 c. milk (2% fat)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of mustard
Preparation
    Cook cheese and milk together in double boiler until smooth. Add seasonings and macaroni.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking dish. Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until done. Yield:
    4 servings.
    Carbohydrate 11 g, protein 17 g, fat 17 g, calories 274.
    One serving = 2 meat high fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
