Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    salsa (for dipping)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese with remaining ingredients, except tortillas. Spread mixture on tortillas; roll up jelly roll style.
    Slice into 1-inch pieces; secure with toothpicks.
    Serve with salsa.
