Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Beat all the ingredients together well.
    Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet.
    Top with chopped nuts.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake is done. As soon as it is done, remove from oven and turn it out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Sprinkle more powdered sugar onto top of cake and roll up (cake and towel together).
    Let cool.
