Chicken And Chilies Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cram
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, light cream, onion, chilies, salt and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Leftover meat of any kind may be substituted for chicken.
