Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini (don't peel)
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, sugar, corn oil, and eggs.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nuts.
    Combine with zucchini mixture.
    Put in a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool before turning out.
    Cream cheese icing is great on this.
