Coy'S Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can Cheddar soup
Preparation
    Combine the rice, mushrooms, onion, salt, pepper and mushroom soup.
    Put in greased 12 x 8-inch pan.
    Press chicken breasts into mixture.
    Cover with Cheddar soup.
    Cover with foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
