Pete'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/4 lb. ground veal
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix together meat.
    Blend in bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and oil.
    Add all remaining ingredients and combine well.
    Roll into meat balls.
    Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until done.
    Serve with Pete's famous sauce!
    (Recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc.) Serving size:
    4 adults.
