Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) lean boneless beef sirloin steak
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
    1/4 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked medium noodles made without egg yolks, cooked without salt or fat
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak; cut into thin strips.
    Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add steak, mushrooms and onion; saute 10 minutes or until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
    Remove from heat; drain and pat dry with paper towels.
