Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 large apples
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Measure flour, two cups sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice and baking powder into one bowl and mix well.
    Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
    Peel and slice apples and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar in a separate bowl.
    Turn half of the butter into the prepared pan.
    Cover with half of the prepared apples.
    Spread the rest of batter over top, then rest of apples. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Test with a fork.
    Cool and turn on a platter.
