Grilled Chicken With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, deboned and skinned
    4 Tbsp. fat-free, low calorie Italian salad dressing
    fresh ground black pepper
    2 c. cooked linguini
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breasts in salad dressing for 1 to 4 hours. Grill 10 to 12 minutes on each side until tender and juice is clear.
    Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and cut into thin, short strips.
    Serve over 1/2 cup hot linguini.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Serves 4.
    Each serving contains 229 calories, 24.5 g protein, 5 g fat, 66 mg chol. and 270 mg sodium.
