Green Bean Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Save 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs for the top. Best to cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Use 2-inch deep baking dish for best results.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
