Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 small can creamed corn
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix eggs, meal, milk, soda, corn and drippings together and set aside.
    Cook hamburger and onion together; drain.
    Add cheese and peppers.
    Grease and meal skillet.
    Pour half bread mixture into skillet; add meat mixture and cover with rest of bread.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
