Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell (9-inch)
    1 pkg. frozen spinach (uncooked), drained
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. half and half
    8 pieces bacon
    green onions, chopped
    mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    2 c. grated cheese (medium or sharp Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Options:
    Ham instead of bacon.
    Broccoli instead of spinach. Or egg, bacon and cheese for breakfast quiche.
