Quick And Easy Tuna Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    1/2 c. diced onion and celery
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 lb. drained canned chunk white tuna, flaked
    4 ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground thyme
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot.
    Add carrots, onion and celery; saute until onion is translucent. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir quickly to combine.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
    Gradually add milk and stir constantly, bringing to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring until mixture thickens.
    Add tuna and seasonings.
    Stir to combine.
    Remove from heat.
