Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves and salt; set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini until sugar dissolves.
    Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
    Pour in a greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Turn on cake rack until cold.
    May be served with whipped cream.
