Perfect Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 slices soft bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix meats thoroughly; add onion, celery and seasonings.
Soak bread cubes in milk; add eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
Beat with rotary beater.
Combine meat and egg mixture and form in loaf; place in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
